High-Frequency Welding

We use a high-frequency welding machine to apply cleats to the cover of our belts.  This effectively melts the cleat so that it becomes an integral part of the belt itself.  Using this method we avoid the use of bonding cements and ensure the highest standard of belt quality both physically and aesthetically.

Corrugated Sidewall

Using the high frequency process described above we can also sidewall directly onto your conveyor belt. If you need it, we can also install the sidewall on a base depending on your requirements.

Scolip /Corrugated Loop Belts

We use loop belts for applications where it is necessary to soften and absorb the shock of products being loaded onto the belt.  This is especially critical in the carrying and distribution of products that can become damaged and bruised easily, for example soft vegetables and fruits. 

Plastic Spiral Lacing

Some applications require the use of plastic spiral lacing when other joining methods cannot be used. For example, we would use this method when belts cannot be installed endless on a machine and the more traditional metal lacing cannot be used.

Step Splices

Our experts can recommend either a 90 degree angle or a bias angle depending on the type of application and belt type required.

Finger Splices

We can supply belts with either single finger or double finger splices installed on a bias or 90 degree angle.

Skived Splices

We would use this method to join non-woven and flat transmission belts and can also use this method to join some needled and monofilament products. 


We can supply our belts with customized perforations depending on your needs.  (c+c hole punching machine)

Metal Lacing

Metal lacing allows us to install the belts to your machine quickly and easily.  We have many options of metal lacing available including hidden, recesses and overlap.

Longitudinal Splicing

Sometimes the width of a standard belt is less than what is required.  In these instances, we can longitudinally join two belts together.


We offer V-Guides on belts up to 4500mm (177”) wide.

Stitching Endless

Stitching is the most common and preferred of all joining methods.  We can use cotton, polyester or Kevlar for a robust joint.  Cleats can also be stitched onto the belt.
